ERGO Insurance (Thailand) had a great opportunity to invite key partners and distinguished guests to join our exclusive event “ERGO: A new chapter.” The event marked a significant milestone, celebrating a new leadership era for ERGO Insurance (Thailand). This transition underscores the company’s commitment to drive growth and deliver enhanced value to its stakeholders. Through this gathering, ERGO aims to deepen business partnerships and take a confident step towards shared success and long-term collaboration. 

        On April 29, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at The St. Regis Bangkok Hotel (BTS Ratchadamri), ERGO Insurance welcomed key partners to connect, engage in visionary dialogue, and share future-forward strategies with senior executives from the ERGO Group. It also celebrates a new era under the leadership of ERGO Insurance’s newly appointed executive, signaling a transition towards a brighter future.

        At the event, we were honored to welcome Mr. Theodoros Kokkalas, Chairman of the Board of Management of ERGO International AG, and Mr. Ritesh Kumar, Chairman of the Board of Management of ERGO Insurance (Thailand), who officially introduced and welcomed Mr. Isorasak Thesratanavong as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ERGO Thailand, effective May 1, 2025. 

        Both ERGO executives expressed their confidence in the new CEO’s leadership capabilities, highlighting his deep expertise in the Thai insurance market and his pivotal role in unlocking ERGO’s growth potential. His leadership is expected to enhance service excellence and drive greater customer satisfaction throughout ERGO Thailand’s operations.

        In addition, Mr. Isorasak Thesratanavong, the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of ERGO Thailand, delivered a heartfelt thank-you speech to the esteemed guests in attendance. He also pledged to partners and allies that he will drive ERGO Insurance forward to its fullest potential by advancing modern technology, meeting customer needs comprehensively, and delivering efficient service to ERGO customers. His vision is to lead the company with confidence into a stable future, making insurance more accessible and straightforward for the Thai people, and truly co-creating the next chapter of ERGO Thailand together.
