Coverage


The Policy covers loss airing from any claim against a Director or an Officer because of a wrongful act committed the Director/ Officer whilst acting in their capacity as such. Wrongful acts, including:

• Breach of Duty

• Misstatement or misleading statement

• Wrongful Dismissal, Discrimination, Harassment

• Any matter claimed against D&O solely by reason of his serving in such D&O capacity

Remark

1. Deductible: Bht. 50,000. – each and every claim

2. Policy covers 1 year from inception date

3. Other conditions are per policy wording

4. The insured has to continuously carried on business for at least 18 months, the latest audited report and accounts show a Retained net profit, positive net worth and DO NOT have an audit qualification and has no previous claims or circumstances that may lead to a claim under this policy
